First time owning a home with wood burning fireplace and wanted to get everything checked out before winter sets in. Can’t recommend Evergreen Chimney Sweep higher. 5 star service. They did an excellent job sweeping the chimneys, providing knowledge, and were very professional and kind throughout the whole experience. The online booking is very easy and simple, they got back to me via email same day and we were able to book a time within 48hrs. The billing was also very easy with a variety of payment forms accepted. Tyler and his teammate with Evergreen Chimney were outstanding! From the beginning of the service they introduced themselves in a professional manor and had cleanliness, respect and safety as top concerns. Beyond the typical chimney sweep and inspection, they even helped me with questions I had about our roofing chimney flashing and a questionable spot next to the chimney in the attic. If you’re looking for someone on-time, clean, polite, helpful, and who will take the time to explain the condition your fireplaces and provide education for being a homeowner with fireplaces look no further! I will use them for our annual cleaning for sure!

Outstanding value, hadn't had chimney cleaned in 9 years and had a chimney fire. I have 2 fireplaces, one is a Russian style that runs horizontal twice, and they had to work 30 feet up on my steep metal roof. They brushed buckets of build up out and conducted a very thorough camera inspection. I would've happily paid double what they charged for the amount of work they did and the piece of mind I have now. Very competent, explained my chimneys construction and gave it a clean bill of health.

Evergreen was available the very next morning which was nice. We just moved and needed to make sure our chimney was clean and good to go. Luke and Sergio were fast, friendly, and informative. Evergreen couldn't ask for better service.

After the first place I called for chimney inspection failed to show up I called Evergreen Chimney Sweep based on the reviews. Should have called them in the first place. Luke is friendly, honest, and professional. He noticed some issues with some flashing and I didn't hesitate to have them come back to address it. Definitely would recommend this local business!

**Amazing Chimney Sweep** This is "THE ONE" you want. Tyler has been our Chimney Sweep for about 4 years, and during this time we've encouraged him to open his own business—I believe he's been doing Chimney Sweeping for 18 years. From the very first year (we had moved from California to Colville, WA) he took the time to show us how to properly care and run our stove properly. Being from a warm weather state this was all a learning process, Tyler always took the additional time to explain every detail and educate us, were so thankful for his time every year. Tyler has always been professional, clean, articulate and very meticulous in detail (did I mention his prices are below most other Chimney Sweeps? I would gladly pay extra for Tyler's services knowing the job was done the right way the first time) 😇 One example was when he looked at my shop stove and saw that the piping had been installed through the wall (instead of up through the roof) and posed a very dangerous fire hazard, he informed us that it needed to be fixed as fire would eventually break out in the wall. THANK GOD TYLER CAUGHT THIS. The work was done quickly and professionally. We cannot recommend Evergreen Chimney Sweep enough! (There are many dishonest, incompetent Chimney Sweeps praying upon the ignorant) If you're debating, or trying to make a decision between this or another company *CHOOSE EVERGREEN CHIMNEY SWEEP!!! We were in a time bind due to the sale of the house, and office manager Rachel worked to get us fit in to a very busy schedule.Tyler graciously gave up a Sunday to do our chimney repairs. We think his prices are reasonable and the work is top notch. Highly recommended!

Tyler and Luke were friendly, courteous, and did a fine job of cleaning our dryer vent and chimney. Plus they used drop cloths and there’s no mess. Seeing the before and after pictures… Wow! It’s a wonder we hadn’t had a fire the pipe was so clogged with lint. I expect clothes will dry a lot faster now. Our fireplace is cleaner than it’s been in years too. They even got the baked-on soot off the firebox door that wouldn’t budge when I’d scrubbed and scrubbed. We’ll definitely have them back before we let things get in such bad shape again. As an added bonus, Rachel who answers the phone and makes appointments is delightful.

I have been working with Tyler and Luke over the past several months. During that time they have cleaned and inspected my chimneys, replaced two rain caps and removed moss from my roof. Tyler and Luke from Evergreen Chimney Sweep were extremely professional and great to work with. We had not used our fireplace since we moved in due to some issues noted on the home inspection. They came over to inspect our chimney to see what needed to be done to get the fireplace/chimney back in working order. They were very honest and let us know it’s in awful shape which I appreciated that they didn’t try to sugarcoat it. They gave us some recommendations on what they would do and sent us all of the pictures from their inspection. Highly recommend them if you’re needing your fireplace/chimney serviced!

Tyler at Evergreen Chimney Sweep does great work. We recently had him out to clean 2 stoves and chimneys. Prompt, friendly and highly knowledgeable service! Tyler replaced both stove door gaskets. He re-bricked our freestanding stove as planned and found we also needed a new baffle. Tyler went online and got us the right baffle at the best price, on the spot. Choosing his chimney service left us feeling taken care of, safe and ready for winter.

Had an emergency with our chimney today. My grandmother was visiting and our stove is our only heat source. Rachel worked overtime to get a technician out, and Tyler drove an hour out of his way through fresh snow to get to us. Maybe there are better deals, but there aren't better people! We had a chimney fire that thankfully was not catastrophic. Initially, from the smell I thought an animal or bird had gotten in the chimney, I shut the fire down and called to have it inspect, and it was found that we actually had a chimney fire that had started to spread to the rafters. Tyler’s response, inspection and the repairs were quick. The new work makes me comfortable being able to have a fire, and know my home is safe. Tyler is easy to work with and he was professional but also kind. I’ll schedule with him for maintenance and whatever he recommends without question
